Operator features NICE Toona TO5024
The operator has a two-piece die-cast aluminium body with a polyester finish that resists the effects of weather. All moving internal parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The lead nut is made of bronze to ensure high strength and quiet operation. The starting capacitor is housed inside the operator to make installation as simple as possible. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous range range and and Pluto from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator uses 24V, making it better suited to situations with more frequent use than the 230V version, but conversely it is not suitable for windy locations, especially with opaque, solid gate infill. The operator has a magnetic encoder, which enables the Moonclever MC824HR30 control unit for the operator to determine the operator's position along its travel path. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBus, which allows simple programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnosis, adjustment of the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian access, deceleration before the end positions, a dual system for detecting impacts with obstacles, and emergency operation when used with the PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of safety edges for the operator, and much more.
