Operator features NICE Toona TO7024
The operator features a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester coating that resists weathering. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The drive nut is made of bronze for durability and quiet operation. family is reliable and quiet. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto series by Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator uses 24V. Mechanical stops are included.
The operator has a magnetic encoder, which enables the Moonclever MC824HR30 control unit for the operator to determine its position along the travel path. The MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBus, which allows easy programming, automatic detection of end positions, automatic fault diagnostics, adjustment of the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian opening, deceleration before the end positions, a dual obstacle-impact detection system, possible emergency operation when using the PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of safety edges, and much more. To connect the PS324 you need a CABLA11.
