Shipping Payment

You can choose your payment and shipping options after adding the items to your cart:

Shipping

We ship throughout Slovakia. We will deliver your order by courier to your chosen address. We mainly use Toptrans and DPD for courier deliveries. Your parcel may also be delivered to a locker in the Packeta network or to a Slovak Post branch. We will show you the available delivery options after you add the items to your cart.

We can also deliver your order abroad. Please contact us if you would like this option.

Orders placed by 10:00 are dispatched on the same business day and delivered on the next business day (provided the item is in stock and the carrier has sufficient capacity).

Collection in person is available in Nové Mesto nad Váhom and is free of charge. You can place your order through the cart or by email at [email protected]. We will email you from [email protected] to confirm that your order is ready at our warehouse store in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. You can also arrange for your own courier or truck to collect the goods, but please let us know in advance if you choose this option.

Courier delivery

Courier orders placed by 10:00 leave our premises on the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 10:00 are dispatched on the next business day, or on another day of the customer's choice. Courier deliveries arrive on the next business day, subject to the carrier's capacity. By arrangement, delivery can also be postponed to a date of your choice.

Payment options for courier delivery:

DELIVERY VIA PACKETA – PICKUP POINT AND Z-BOX

You can use Z-BOX lockers to collect smaller parcels, as well as Packeta pickup points. For cash-on-delivery orders, you can pay at the pickup point (if this option is available there) or in advance directly in the Packeta mobile app. Once your parcel has arrived at a pickup point or Z-BOX, you will receive a notification in the mobile app, an email or, where applicable, an SMS with a collection code.

Delivery to a post office

If you choose delivery to a post office, we will not deliver the parcel to your address; it will be held at the designated post office. The recipient will be notified by SMS or email when the parcel arrives at the post office. The recipient or an authorised person can collect the parcel at the post office counter by presenting proof of identity.

These terms apply provided that the item you order is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will let you know the earliest possible delivery date.

Payment options for delivery to a post office:

Collection in person

You can also collect your order directly from our warehouse. After you place an order and select collection in person, we will contact you to arrange a collection time. Nové Mesto is halfway between Bratislava and Žilina. After exiting the motorway, continue straight through the only set of traffic lights (follow the signs for Brno, Kyjov and Stará Turá), then look for a sign with our logo on the right. The exact address is Podjavorinskej 1614/1 (Peviz site; locals may know it as the former STS).

If you are sending your own courier or driver, please let us know in advance.

International shipping

We also ship abroad. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange the shipping method and cost.

How are shipping costs calculated?

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
  • The shipping cost for each product is also shown after you add the items to your cart.
  • Shipping rates apply throughout Slovakia. For international deliveries, please contact us.

When paying cash on delivery a fee may be added for this payment method.

Payment

The following payment methods are available:

Payment gateway – pay online by card, using bank payment buttons, Apple Pay or Google Pay

If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to the payment gateway after submitting your order, where you can pay the order total immediately by payment card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by using your bank’s payment buttons to be redirected instantly and pay conveniently through your bank’s online banking service.

Cash on delivery

Payment in cash when receiving the goods, either to the courier, or at the post office. This service costs €0.80 excluding VAT (€0.96 including VAT).

If you make a bank transfer from VÚB, Tatra banka, ČSOB or SLSP, the payment will be credited to our account immediately, and we can dispatch the goods just as quickly as if you had chosen to pay cash on delivery. We will confirm receipt of your payment.

Payments on collection

When shopping in person or collecting goods from our warehouse, you can pay in cash or by payment card using the card terminal. Of course, you can also pay in advance by bank transfer – if necessary, even on site, within the same bank, using online banking.

Cash payment on collection

For cash payments, we will issue an invoice and a receipt from the VRP (Virtual Cash Register). We accept EUR only.

Card – collection only

When shopping in person or collecting goods from our warehouse, you can pay by payment card using the card terminal. The terminal also supports contactless payments using a mobile phone or watch.
