No commitment to purchase
These terms cover non-binding enquiries to Posuvné brány s. r. o. through Fortamigo.com. Sending an enquiry is not placing an order or accepting an offer and creates no payment obligation.
A possible later transaction
We discuss the requested products, quantities, dimensions and destination. Any separate offer needs to specify the price, currency, applicable taxes, delivery costs, availability, payment arrangements and delivery timing. An acknowledgement of your enquiry is only a receipt confirmation.
A purchase requires a separate agreement. Before you are bound, you must receive the relevant sales terms and mandatory information, including cancellation and statutory remedies where applicable. These enquiry terms are not sales terms.
International scope
We serve customers throughout the EU. For destinations outside the EU, tell us your country and we will try to find a suitable solution. This does not promise delivery to any particular destination. Supply, import formalities and destination-specific requirements must be assessed for the proposed transaction.
