Handling your enquiry
We use the contact details and project information you send to respond to your enquiry. Necessary steps towards a possible contract requested by you are covered by Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you act for a business, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).
We need a way to reply and enough information to understand your request. Please avoid sensitive information and unnecessary information about other people.
Technical operation and services
When you visit, the IP address, time, page address, browser and device information may be processed to operate and secure the site on the basis of a balanced legitimate interest. Google reCAPTCHA on forms may transfer technical information to Google when its script loads; verification uses the token and IP address. Optional Google Analytics 4 and advertising processing require valid prior consent where applicable. An enquiry does not consent to marketing.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorised staff and necessary hosting, IT, email and described Google service providers may receive data. The site is hosted on Platform.sh’s Upsun. Google may process data in the United States; the applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards must be assessed for each service and can be requested from us.
Automated decisions
An ordinary enquiry does not result in a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects, although reCAPTCHA performs a technical abuse check. If the form fails, email [email protected].
Retention and further uses
Personal data must not be kept longer than necessary for its stated purpose. The applicable period must reflect the enquiry’s progress and any legal requirements. A later purchase requires further information about processing associated with that purchase.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. The Slovak authority is Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky: dataprotection.gov.sk.
International visitors
This notice describes a Slovak controller’s GDPR framework. Additional mandatory rights may apply in your country. The English language and .com address do not establish one worldwide privacy regime.
