In stock
In stock means: the item is immediately available for collection or dispatch. Products with this label are in stock in Nové Mesto nad Váhom and are ready for dispatch or collection in person on the day the order is placed.
- where possible, we dispatch goods on the day the order is placed, and no later than the next business day
- for orders over 50 kg or containing an item 2 m or longer, we will always call you and arrange a delivery date that suits you
- You can arrange a delivery date by phone for any business day, at your convenience, with no additional delivery charge

To the question
To the question means: After you place your order, we will let you know whether the item is available and confirm when it can be delivered to you. You can askabout the stock status of a specific item; we will be happy to tell you when it will be available.
If you need the item quickly and we are out of stock of a small component, we can arrange to send the order in two shipments, with the delivery costs agreed to the satisfaction of both parties.
Within 4 days
Within 4 days means: Items with this label will be delivered approximately 4 business days after the order is placed. After you place your order, we will let you know and confirm when the item can be delivered to you.
Replaced
Replaced means: the product has been replaced by a similar alternative. This may be a newer generation of the product or a replacement from another manufacturer.
Unavailable
Unavailable means: the product cannot be ordered for the foreseeable future, and its current availability is unknown.
Discontinued
Discontinued means: the product cannot be ordered, and we do not expect to sell it again in the future.
Not sold separately
Not sold separately means: the product is sold only as part of a set and is not supplied separately.
On Fridays
On Fridays means: the product is periodically available on the same business day, provided you order it at least two days in advance.

We usually dispatch goods within 3 days.

We usually dispatch goods within 7 days.
Within 14 days
We usually dispatch goods within 14 days.
Within 3 weeks
We usually dispatch goods within 3 weeks.
Within 4 weeks
The estimated availability of the item is within 4 weeks. For the current delivery date, contact us.
Within 6 weeks
The estimated delivery time is up to 6 weeks. It may be sooner, so for the current delivery date, contact us.
Within 8 weeks
The estimated delivery time is up to 8 weeks. It may be sooner, so for the current delivery date, contact us.
Within 7 days, collection only
We will have the item in stock for collection within 7 days. This item cannot be shipped by courier; it must be collected from our sales warehouse. For more information, contact us.
