GSM modules

GSM modules allow you to control a gate, barrier, or other automated equipment from your mobile phone via the mobile network.

A GSM module is an external device into which you insert a SIM card to connect it to the mobile network. You can then use a simple call or text message to send commands to the gate and other devices. You can allow anyone who knows the GSM module's phone number to control it, or restrict access to selected users, whom you can add or remove.

GSM modules with inputs can also send information about the gate's status (whether it is open or closed).

GSM modules are most commonly used to control gates or barriers, monitor gate status, connect to an existing alarm system, monitor minimum and maximum temperatures, switch heating, air conditioning, lighting, pool filtration, pumps, or irrigation on and off.
