Operator features NICE Toona TO4024
The operator is made from a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester finish resistant to weathering. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The lead nut is made of bronze to ensure high strength and quiet operation. The start capacitor is located inside the operator to make installation as simple as possible. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto series from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator features 24V, making it more suitable for situations with frequent use than the 230V version, but it is not suitable for windy conditions, especially with opaque, solid gate infill. The operator has a magnetic encoder, which allows the Moonclever MC824HR30 operator control unit to determine the operator's position along its travel. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBUS, which enables simple programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnosis, adjustment of the pause time in automatic-closing mode, pedestrian access, deceleration before the end positions, dual obstacle-impact detection, and emergency operation when used with the PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of operator safety edges, and much more. To connect the backup power supply PS324 you need the CABLA11.
