The operator is based on 24V and has an internal mechanical travel stop. The operator is non-reversible. Operator features NICE Toona TO7024
The operator is made from a two-piece die-cast aluminium body with a polyester coating that resists the effects of weather. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The drive nut is made of bronze for strength and quiet operation. The start-up capacitor is located inside the operator to make installation as simple as possible. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto series from Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator uses 24V. End stops are included.
The operator has a magnetic encoder, which allows it to Moonclever MC824HR30 operator control unit know where it is along its travel. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBUS, which enables simple programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnosis, adjustment of the pause time in automatic-closing mode, pedestrian passage, slowing down before the end positions, dual obstacle-impact detection, and emergency operation when used with the PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of operator safety edges, and much more. To connect the PS324 you need a CABLA11.
