Operator features NICE Toona TO7024
The operator features a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester finish that resists the effects of weather. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The drive nut is made of bronze to ensure strength and quiet operation. The start capacitor is located inside the operator to make installation as easy as possible. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto ranges from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator uses 24V. Mechanical stops are included.
The operator has a magnetic encoder, which allows the Moonclever MC824HR30 operator control unit to detect where along its travel the operator is. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBus, which enables easy programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnostics, adjustment of the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian access, deceleration before the end positions, a dual obstacle-impact detection system, possible emergency operation when using the PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of operator safety edges, and much more. To connect the PS324 is required for CABLA11.
