Drive features NICE Toona TO7024
The drive has a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester finish that is resistant to weathering. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The lead screw nut is made of bronze to ensure strength and quiet operation. The starting capacitor is located inside the drive for easier installation. The drives are dimensionally backwards-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto series from Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The drive uses 24V. Limit stops are included.
The drive has a magnetic encoder, which allows Moonclever MC824HR30 drive control unit it to determine where it is along its travel. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBUS, which enables simple programming, automatic learning of limit positions, automatic fault diagnosis, setting the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian passage, slow-down before reaching the end positions, a dual obstacle detection system, possible emergency operation when using PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of safety edges for the drive, and much more. To connect PS324 you need a CABLA11.
