Operator features NICE Toona TO7024
The operator features a two-piece body made of die-cast aluminium with a polyester coating that resists weathering. Toona family The drive nut is made of bronze to ensure strength and quiet operation. The start capacitor is housed inside the operator for the simplest possible installation. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto series from Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are identical. The operator uses 24V. End stops are included.
The operator has a magnetic encoder, thanks to which Moonclever MC824HR30 operator control unit can determine where along its travel the operator is. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBus, which allows easy programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnosis, adjustment of the pause time in automatic-closing mode, pedestrian passage, slowdown before the end positions, a dual obstacle-impact detection system, and possible emergency operation when using PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of operator safety edge, and much more. To connect PS324 a cable is required: CABLA11.
