The operator is based on 24V technology and has an internal mechanical travel stop. The operator is non-reversible. Operator features NICE Toona TO7024
The operator features a two-piece body made of die-cast aluminium with a polyester coating resistant to atmospheric conditions. All moving internal parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The guide nut is made of bronze for strength and quiet operation. The start capacitor is housed inside the operator to make installation as simple as possible. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous range Moby and Pluto by Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator uses 24V. End stops are included.
The operator has a magnetic encoder, which allows Moonclever MC824HR30 operator control unit to detect its position along the travel path. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBUS, which enables simple programming, automatic detection of end positions, automatic fault diagnostics, adjustment of the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian access, deceleration before end positions, a dual obstacle-impact detection system, emergency operation when using PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of safety edges and much more. To connect PS324 you need a CABLA11.
