Operator features NICE Toona TO4024
The operator features a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester finish that resists the effects of weather. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The drive nut is made of bronze to ensure high strength and quiet operation. The starting capacitor is located inside the operator to make installation as simple as possible. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto ranges from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator uses 24V, making it more suitable for situations with frequent use than the 230V version. However, it is not suitable for windy locations, especially with opaque, solid gate infill.
The operator has a magnetic encoder, which enables the Moonclever MC824HR30 operator control unit to determine the operator's position along its travel. MC824HR30 control unit is equipped with the BlueBus, which allows easy programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnosis, adjustment of the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian access, slow-down before the end positions, dual obstacle detection, and emergency operation when using the PS324 backup power supply, an input for all types of operator safety edges, and much more. To connect the backup power supply PS324 you need a CABLA11.
