Description of NICE M-Fab MFAB3000 drive kit for a single-leaf gate up to 3.5 m / 600 kg
The kit comes with a non-reversible electromechanical 230V motor and is designed for a single-leaf gate with a leaf length of up to 3m and a leaf weight of 600kg. NICE M-FAB is fully compatible with the previous Metro series.
The drive itself also forms the lower gate hinge.

Advantages of M-Fab motors
- Compact drive housing, just 147.5 mm deep. Steel construction with a cathodic coating for corrosion protection. Motor height above ground: just 47 mm.
- Quick and easy installation thanks to the bracket on the motor, which attaches directly to the gate leaf.
- Adjustable mechanical opening and closing stops.
- Opens up to 110°, extendable up to 360° using an accessory NICE MEA1.
- Motor protection rating IP67.
- The drive can be released from both inside and outside using a special key.
