Gate operator NICE Wingo WG3524 is designed for automating swing gates with a maximum gate leaf length of 3.5 m and weight up to 500 kg. The operator is built around 24V and has PLA13 mechanical opening stop. The operator is non-reversible. GATE OPENER FEATURES NICE WINGO WG3524
The gate opener has a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester coating that is resistant to atmospheric conditions. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The lead screw nut is made of bronze to ensure strength and quiet operation. The start capacitor is housed inside the gate opener to make installation as simple as possible. The gate openers are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto series from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The gate opener uses 24V, making it better suited to situations involving more frequent use than the 230V version. However, it is not suitable for windy locations, especially with opaque, solid gate infill.
Control unit MCA2R30 in the control unit MC424LR30 allows easy programming, automatic detection of end positions, automatic fault diagnostics, adjustable pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian access, slowing down before reaching the end positions, obstacle impact detection, and emergency operation when using the PS124 backup power supply, using the CABLA11connecting cable, an input for all types of safety edges for the gate opener, and much more.
