A brief note to start with
The Wi-Fi module is a network device, which communicates from your local Wi-Fi network with your smartphone via the internet through an external Nice server. Since networks behave like living organisms, you may experience occasional disruptions in functionality under certain circumstances. Like any other network device, it requires occasional maintenance. If you are not completely at home with technology, or don't want to complicate your life, this device may not be quite right for you.

We therefore recommend choosing more user-friendly alternatives:
- For multiple users, the Zamel universal Wi-Fi module with the simple, convenient SUPLA (Android/iOS).
- For one user, the BiDi-WiFi, Wi-Fi module, which creates its own local network. It works reliably with all NICE drive control units that have an IBT4N. interface Installation is quick and easy — simply plug the module into the control unit, connect using the mobile MyNicePro app (Android, iOS), and you're all set.
Smart Wi-Fi receiver NICE IT4WIFI for convenient control of drives using smartphones or smartwatches. The device connects to a control unit equipped with a Bus4T socket. The package includes the receiver and cable, as well as a connector for IBT4N connection.. The device must also be within range of the Wi-Fi network it connects to.
For proper operation, the device must be within range of your home Wi-Fi network.
Receiver NICE IT4WIFI can be used with a smartphone running Android or Apple iOS. However, all users must use the same operating system — either Android or iOS. To change the selected operating system, the receiver must be reset.
The Wi-Fi module must be within range of your home Wi-Fi network (and connected to the control unit). Set up the app on your phone and pair the device; you can then control the drive using the app. Once paired, the app also works over mobile data, and only the Wi-Fi module needs to be within range of your home Wi-Fi network.
Key differences between NICE IT4WIFI and NICE BIDIWIFI:
- IT4WIFI is primarily intended to let multiple users control devices over a home Wi-Fi network.
- BIDIWIFI is primarily a tool for programming the drive; it also enables control, but for only one user.
NICE IT4WIFI allows NICE devices to be controlled over a home Wi-Fi network. It is designed to let multiple users control the device. The device must be within range of your home Wi-Fi network.
BIDIWIFI is used to program the drive over a Wi-Fi network created locally by the module. It lets you adjust the parameters of a drive or barrier using a mobile app (more benefits). It can also be used to control the device, but only by one user.
- Programming via BIDIWIFI: A home Wi-Fi network is not required.
- Control via BIDIWIFI: Requires a connection to a home Wi-Fi network.
