Gate operator NICE Wingo WG3524 is designed for automating swing gates up to leaf length 3.5 m and weight up to 5000 kg. The operator uses 24V and features PLA13 mechanical opening stop. NICE Wingo WG3524 comes with a new control unit MC424LR30 which incorporates the control board MCA2R30 with a built-in receiver, The slot for an add-on receiver has been retained in case you want to use an older receiver with your transmitters already programmed.

OPERATOR FEATURES NICE WINGO WG3524
The operator has a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester finish that resists weathering. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The lead nut is made of bronze to ensure strength and quiet operation. The starting capacitor is located inside the operator for easier installation. The operators are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto ranges from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The operator uses 24V, making it better suited to applications with more frequent use than the 230V version. However, it is not suitable for windy conditions, especially with opaque, solid gate infill.
Control unit MCA2R30 in the control panel MC424LR30 allows easy programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnostics, setting the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian access, slow-down before end positions, obstacle impact detection, and emergency operation when using the PS124 backup power supply, using the connecting cable CABLA11, input for all types of safety edges for the operator, and much more.
