Gate operator NICE Wingo WG2024 is designed for automating swing gates up to leaf length 2 m and weight up to 400 kg. The operator is based on 24V and features PLA13 mechanical opening stop. The operator is non-reversible. The Wingo operators offer good value for money for automating swing gates in residential and light industrial settings. The entire Wingo range is reliable and quiet. OPERATOR FEATURES NICE WINGO WG2024
The operator has a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester finish that withstands the elements. All moving internal parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The lead nut is made of bronze to ensure high strength and quiet operation. The start-up capacitor is located inside the drive to make installation as simple as possible. The drives are dimensionally compatible with the previous Moby and Pluto series from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The drive features 24V, making it more suitable for more frequent use than the 230V version. However, it is not suitable for windy locations, especially with solid, opaque gate infill.
Control unit MCA2R30 in the control box MC424LR30 allows easy programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnosis, setting the pause time in automatic closing mode, pedestrian opening, slowing down before the end positions, obstacle impact detection, and emergency operation when using the PS124 backup power supply, an input for all types of safety edges for the drive, and much more.
