Gate operator NICE Wingo WG2024 is designed to automate swing gates with a leaf length of 2 m and a weight of up to 400 kg. The operator uses 24V technology and features PLA13 mechanical opening stop. The operator is non-reversible. The Wingo operators offer good value for money for the automation of swing gates in residential and light-industrial settings. The entire Wingo range is reliable and quiet. OPERATOR FEATURES NICE WINGO WG2024
The operator is made from a two-piece die-cast aluminium housing with a polyester finish that withstands atmospheric conditions. All internal moving parts are made of steel, light alloys and technopolymers. The lead nut is made of bronze to ensure strength and quiet operation. The starting capacitor is housed inside the operator for straightforward installation. The drives are dimensionally backward-compatible with the previous range Moby and Pluto from the Italian manufacturer NICE; all mounting dimensions and pin diameters are the same. The drive features 24V, making it better suited to more frequent use than the 230V version. However, it is not suitable for windy conditions, especially with opaque, solid gate infills.
Control unit MCA2R30 in the control panel MC424LR30 allows easy programming, automatic learning of end positions, automatic fault diagnosis, pause duration setting in automatic closing mode, pedestrian access, slowdown before end positions, obstacle impact detection, emergency operation when using PS124 backup power supply, an input for all types of safety edges, and much more.
