Aluminum mounting profile for fence slats is U-shaped, with a finish in RAL 9007 gray, making it suitable for installation between the posts on a gate, fence, or other opening. The profile's external width is 20.5 mm, the overhang is 23 mm and the length is 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.

The outside of the profile has recessed grooves for accurately positioning screws horizontally. The ideal screws are stainless steel self-tapping screws DIN 7982, with a 3.5 x 19 mm countersunk head.
MOUNTING PROFILE COMPATIBILITY:
The profile is suitable for vertical installation of the following slat models:
Aluminum slats unfinished -
- rectangular, 16 mm wide, in the following heights: 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm,
- parallelogram-shaped, 108 x 16 mm,
- and slats for completing the pattern when alternating slat heights: 20 x 16 mm and anodized slat, 20 x 16 mm.
Aluminum slats in anthracite -
- with a smooth finish—rectangular, 16 mm wide, in the following heights: 80 mm, 100 mm, 160 mm,
- with a smooth finish— parallelogram-shaped, 108 x 16 mm,
- with a textured finish—rectangular, in the following sizes: 80 mm, 100 mm, 160 mm,

INSTALLATION METHOD FOR PARALLELOGRAM-SHAPED ALUMINUM SLATS:
The mounting U-profile has a recessed groove where you can pre-drill holes for the screws. Inside the hollow slat, guide grooves run along both sides to hold the screw in place.
A gray, smooth-finish parallelogram-shaped fence slat paired with a mounting U-profile in the same color and finish creates a cohesive, modern look.
The parallelogram-shaped slat can also be installed at an angle to create a louvered pattern, but you need to use a 50 mm wide mounting profile.

INSTALLATION METHOD FOR RECTANGULAR ALUMINUM SLATS:
For example, a gray, smooth-finish rectangular aluminum fence slat measuring 80 x 16 mm, in the same color and finish as the mounting profile. For vertical installation, slide the mounting profile into the slat and screw it in place. A recessed groove runs down the center of the outer face of the mounting profile. You can pre-drill screw holes in it, spacing them to suit your preferred pattern. Once the slat is slid into the mounting profile, the screw engages with the guide groove inside the slat.

FINISH
Aluminum is an excellent material that resists corrosion and weathering and has a long service life. The mounting profile is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and is supplied with a RAL 9007 gray finish.
The profile is powder-coated. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish offers a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for use in construction, where lasting color and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm at each end of the profile to be left uncoated for gripping during painting.. At the ends of the profile, there is a small hole, which you should take into account. This small hole does not interfere with installation, but if necessary, the end can easily be cut off.
