Description of Aluminium fence slat, 20x16 mm, rectangular
Aluminium slat, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular profile with a height of 20 mm and a width of 16 mm and is supplied in lengths of 2 m, 3 m or 6 m. Wall thickness: 1.5 mm
The slat is hollow and on the sides it has guide grooves for mounting screws. The simplest installation method is to use mounting profiles with pre-machined grooves for precise drilling and fastening with screws.
The slat is suitable for creating an opaque infill. To create an opaque infill, combine the slat with a wide slat. This creates an elegant infill with a thin strip that you can highlight in a different colour.

Surface finish:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied unfinished. Before applying paint, if desired, thoroughly degrease the aluminium surface and roughen it with fine-grit sandpaper.
