Description of Aluminium fence slat, 160x16 mm, rectangular, anthracite RAL7016, smooth finish
Aluminum slat, with a finish in anthracite, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 160 mm and a width of 16 mm, and is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for the fixing screws. The easiest installation method is to use fixing profiles with pre-machined grooves for accurate pre-drilling and screw fixing.
The slat is suitable for creating an opaque infill. To create an opaque infill, the slat can be combined with a narrow slat. This creates an elegant infill with a thin strip that can be highlighted in a different color.

The slats can also be installed vertically using end caps, which slide into the top of the slat.
FINISH:
Aluminum is generally an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminum and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is finished with a smooth powder-coated surface. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven. This finish is characterized by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for use in construction, where long-lasting color and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside the fixing profile.
