Description of Aluminium fence slat 80x16 mm, rectangular profile, anthracite RAL7016 with a textured finish
Aluminium slat, with a finish in textured anthracite, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 80 mm and a width of 16 mm and is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the inside of its sides for fixing screws. The simplest way to install it is using fixing profiles with pre-drilled grooves for accurate drilling and fastening with screws.

Depending on the desired effect, aluminium slats of different heights can also be alternated. Our range also includes a 20 mm-high rectangular slat without a finish, or an anodised slat, both ideal for creating modern patterns.

The slats can also be installed vertically, using endcaps, which are inserted into the slat from above.
Finish:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material that is corrosion- and weather-resistant and has a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with a textured anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is finished with a textured powder coating.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is designed for use in construction, where long-lasting colour and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile to be left exposed at each end for holding it during coating.. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account.. If needed, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside a fixing profile.
