Description of Aluminium fence slat, 100x16 mm, rectangular, anthracite RAL7016, textured
Aluminium slat, with a finish in anthracite with a textured finish, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 100 mm and a width of 16 mm and is supplied in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the inside of the sides for fixing screws. The easiest way to install it is using mounting profiles with pre-formed grooves for accurate drilling and screw fixing.

Depending on the desired effect, you can also alternate aluminium slats of different heights.. We also offer a 20 mm high rectangular slat without a finish, as well as an anodised slat, both ideal for creating modern patterns.

The slats can also be installed vertically, using end caps, which are inserted into the slat from above.
Finish:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is finished with textured powder coating.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for construction applications where shade and gloss durability are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile to be left on each side for holding it during coating.. At the ends of the profile there is a small hole, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or hidden inside a mounting profile.
