Aluminium slat, with a finish in textured anthracite, can be used as infill for fences, gates, or any other space. The slat has a parallelogram shape with a height of 108 mm and a width of 16 mm and is supplied in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.
The slat is hollow and on the sides, it has guide grooves for fixing screws. The easiest installation method is to use mounting profiles with pre-cut grooves for accurate drilling and screw fastening.
PATTERNS FOR PARALLELOGRAM-SHAPED ALUMINIUM SLATS:
Combined with mounting profiles, you can create two patterns:
- Vertical slats — with a 20.5 mm-wide mounting profile

SURFACE FINISH:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with a textured anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is powder-coated with a textured finish.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven. A matt thermosetting powder coating is used with Qualicoat certification, based on polyester resins, designed for outdoor use..
This surface finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is designed for use in construction, where lasting colour and gloss are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile to be left at each end for holding during coating.. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account.. If necessary, the end can easily be cut off or concealed inside the mounting profile.
