Description of Aluminium fence slat, 100x16 mm, rectangular, anthracite RAL7016, smooth finish
Aluminium slat, with a finish in anthracite, can be used as infill for a fence, gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular shape with a height of 100 mm and a width of 16 mm, and is available in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, or 6 m.

The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the inside of the sides for the fixing screws. The simplest installation method is to use mounting profiles with pre-machined grooves for accurate drilling and fastening with screws.

Depending on the desired effect, you can also alternate aluminium slats of different heights. Our range also includes a 20 mm-high rectangular slat without a finish, or an anodised slat, both ideal for creating modern patterns.

The slats can also be installed vertically using end caps, which are inserted into the slat from above.
Finish:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with corrosion and weather resistance and a long service life. The slat is made from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with an anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is powder-coated to give it a smooth finish. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven. This finish is characterised by a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for use in construction, where shade and gloss durability are essential.
Note
The manufacturing process requires that at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish, approximately 1 cm of profile is left at each end for holding during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or hidden inside the mounting profile.
