Description of Aluminium fence slat 160x16 mm, rectangular profile, anthracite RAL7016 with a textured finish
Aluminium slat, with a finish in textured anthracite, can be used as infill for a fence, a gate, or any other space. The slat has a rectangular profile with a height of 160 mm and a width of 16 mm and is available in lengths of 2m, 3m, or 6m.
The slat is hollow and has guide grooves on the sides for fixing screws. The easiest installation method is to use fixing profiles with pre-machined grooves for precise drilling and screw fastening.
The slat is suitable for creating an opaque infill. To create an opaque infill, combine the slat with a narrow slat. This creates an elegant infill with a thin strip that you can highlight in a different colour.

The slats can also be installed vertically, using end caps, which slide into the slat from above.
FINISH:
Aluminium is generally an excellent material with resistance to corrosion and weathering, and a long service life. The slat is made of EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium and supplied with a textured anthracite RAL 7016 finish.
The profile is finished with a textured powder coating.. After application, the powder coating is cured in an oven.
This finish offers a long service life and resistance to UV radiation and yellowing.. It is intended for use in construction, where colour and gloss retention are essential.
Please note
The manufacturing process requires at the ends of profiles with a powder-coated finish approximately 1 cm of the profile to be left at each end for holding during coating. There is a small hole at the end of the profile, which should be taken into account. If necessary, the end can simply be cut off or concealed inside the fixing profile.
