Sliding gate installation using KIT components
The sliding gate kit comes with an installation drawing showing the recommended dimensions for the concrete foundation and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. In addition to metal components the warranty also covers nylon parts and especially bearing rollers trolleys, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our shop are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your order serves as the warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a passage width of up to 6.5 m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg for the cantilever gate. The complete kit with 6+3 metres of C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut to whole-metre lengths. It can also be extended by welding to achieve a passage width greater than 6.5 m.
The KIT includes Load-bearing trolleys for cantilever gates with eight rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The trolleys have adjustable height and can pivot, with the adjustment used to fine-tune the gate’s clearance from the ground, while the pivot allows all bearings to be evenly loaded in both tension and compression. The trolleys are supplied with mounting plates.
The set also includes bottom stop and run-in wheel, which relieve stress on the gate and also serve as stops and safety components. The components in this SET are selected so that no additional parts need to be purchased (you can, however, add to the set, for example, top stop).
The set also includes a complete kit for automating the sliding gate: gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photoelectric safety sensors).
C-channel is welded to the bottom gate frame. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame section; the other frame sections can be 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40, depending on the opening width, the overall gate leaf length and the intended weight—we’ll be happy to advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the trolleys on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the trolleys directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will provide the concrete foundation dimensions, along with other recommended procedures, together with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
