Extended 36-month warranty on metal components
Dear customers,
All metal components in our store come with a 36-month extended warranty. In addition to metal components, the warranty also covers nylon parts, especially the bearing rollers trolleys, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All electronics in our store come with a standard 24-month warranty.
Your invoice, included with the delivered goods, serves as your warranty document.
Detailed warranty information can be found in the terms and conditions. If you have a specific request, please email [email protected].
We hope you are satisfied with our products and wish you every success with your sliding gate project.
