Description of Adjustable swing trolley with 8 nylon rollers and mounting plate
Adjustable swing carriage for sliding gates. Suitable for gates with a clear opening width of 5 m to 7.5 m. It can also be used for gates with a clear opening width of up to 5 m that weigh more than 600 kg. The carriage is supplied with a mounting plate included in the price.
- Variant V-07-1 fits C-profile 80x80x5 mm FE and C-profile 80x80x5 mm ZN as well as C-profile 76x76x3 mm INOX
- Variant V-07-3 fits C-profile 70x70x4 mm FE and C-profile 70x70x4 mm ZN as well as C-profile 83x79x11 mm AL
The option to adjust the carriage allows you to fine-tune the gate's slope and ensure smooth operation (also in relation to the terrain or the slope across the entrance).
The carriage's pivoting action ensures that the gate's weight/pressure is distributed evenly across all the bearing rollers on the carriages at every point during gate movement.

Anchoring the support carriages for a self-supporting gate:
The support carriages can be anchored:
- to threaded rods that you cast directly into the foundation
- to threaded rods chemically bonded into an existing, cured concrete foundation
- to hammer-in anchors in an existing, cured concrete foundation
The narrowest dimension of the holes in the mounting plates is 17mm, they are anchored with a thread M16. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have more experience with.
