Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. In addition to the metal components the warranty also covers nylon parts and especially the bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard 24-month warranty.

Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a passage width of up to 6.5 m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg for the cantilever gate. A complete kit with 6+3 metres of perforated C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut into whole-metre lengths, which can also be joined by welding to achieve a passage width greater than 6.5 m. The lengths can also be joined by welding to achieve a passage width greater than 6.5 m.
The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with eight rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages can be adjusted and tilted, with adjustment used to fine-tune the gate's ground clearance and the tilting feature ensuring that all bearings are loaded evenly in both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes a lower stop and a run-in wheel, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stops and safety components. The parts in this KIT are selected so that no additional components need to be purchased (although you can add to the kit, for example, an upper stop).
The kit also includes a complete set for automating the sliding gate: a gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
the C-profile is welded to the lower gate frame. For the bottom frame rail of the gate, we recommend using at least 80x40x2mm; for the other frame rails, use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40, depending on the opening width, the overall length of the gate leaf and the intended weight—we’ll be happy to advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the carriage assemblies on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchor, or cast the carriage assemblies directly into the foundation on threaded rods). We’ll provide the dimensions of the concrete foundation, along with other recommended procedures, with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
