Component kit for manufacturing a cantilever sliding gate in the highest quality with highly reliable load-bearing bearings. C-profile in this kit is hot-dip galvanized.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by an extended 36-month warranty. In addition to metal components, the warranty also covers nylon parts and especially bearing rollers trolleys, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All and automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
KIT description for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening width of up to 6.5 m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg cantilever gate. A complete kit with 6+3 metres of C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut to whole metres. It can also be joined by welding to achieve a clear opening wider than 6.5 m.
KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with eight rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages have adjustment and rocking movement, with the adjustment used to fine-tune the clearance between the gate and the ground, while the rocking movement ensures that all bearings are loaded evenly in both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes bottom stop and run-in wheel, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stops and safety features. The components in this KIT are selected so you won't need to buy anything else (though you can add to the kit, for example, top stop).
The kit also includes a complete set for automating the sliding gate: gate opener and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame section. For the other frame sections, use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40, depending on the clear opening, the overall gate leaf length and the intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be sturdy and stable. Once you have the gate frame, install the carriages on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will send you the dimensions for the concrete foundation, along with other recommended procedures, with your products. Alternatively, contact us, and we'll be happy to advise you.
