Description of Sliding gate drive kit up to 400 kg/6 m NICE Slight SLH400 (F)
The compact Nice Slight SLH400 electromechanical gate operator is suitable for sliding gates weighing up to 400 kg or with a clear opening width of 6 m. With its dimensions of 191x198 mm the operator is suitable where there is limited space for installation or for aesthetic reasons.
Also, thanks to the built-in internal limit stops there is no need to install stops on the rack, allowing the operator to be installed in otherwise more challenging situations:
- the sliding gate runs in front of the fence - the operator and rack do not have to be mounted on the outside; instead, you can install them on the inside, right at the edge of the opening. With its narrow width of 19.1 cm, it reduces the clear opening by just a little, while keeping the operator on the inside.
- can be installed on a track-mounted sliding gate with very little overhang
The operator is supplied with a control unit NKA3R10 fitted inside the operator. Popular practical features of the control unit:
- control by remote controls via a radio receiver
- automatic closing after a set time, or after passing through the photocell beams
- inputs for wired opening and closing, as well as step-by-step control
- 24 V DC output for accessories
- programmable partial opening distance for pedestrian access
- adjustable force and speed
- manual release of the operator in the event of a power failure
- connection for two operators with automatic synchronisation to automate opposing sliding gates.
A backup power supply can be connected to the operator as an optional accessory NICE PS124, ensuring several operating cycles even during a power outage. There is enough room inside the operator housing to accommodate the backup power supply.
The operator features a built-in LED light NICE WLT which can be used as a warning beacon or for area lighting.
In principle, the control unit NKA3R10 is technologically very similar to the operator NICE Robus RB400.
The operator's pinion has a module 4 rack.

The NICE Slight drive is also available in an exposed version, the NICE Naked Sliding NKSL400. It functions identically but is supplied without a cover and is designed for installation in a 140x140 mm square profile, making it possible to conceal the sliding gate drive.
