Installing a sliding gate using KIT components
Your sliding gate kit will include an installation drawing with recommended concrete foundation dimensions and sample dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended Warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by an 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers carriages, which form the foundation of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All and automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as your warranty certificate.
KIT description for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a passage width of up to 4.5m and a maximum total weight of 400 kg cantilever gate. The complete kit, including a 6-metre C-profile is available at a reduced price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut to whole metres. It can also be supplied cut to whole metres.
KIT includes Cantilever gate roller carriages with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The roller carriages feature adjustment and pivoting, with adjustment used to fine-tune the gate’s clearance above the ground, and pivoting ensuring that all bearings are evenly loaded in both tension and compression. The roller carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes bottom stop and pickup roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stops and safety features. The parts in this KIT are selected so you won’t need to buy any additional components (although you can add to the kit, for example, top stop).
The kit also includes a complete set for automating a sliding gate: gate opener and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom rail of the gate frame. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom rail of the gate frame. Use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 for the other frame members, depending on the clear opening, the overall gate leaf length and the intended weight. We’ll be happy to advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once the gate frame is ready, fit the roller carriages onto the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchor, or cast the roller carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We’ll send you the concrete foundation dimensions, along with other recommended instructions, together with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
