Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and especially the bearing rollers trolleys, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All and automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivered goods serves as your warranty certificate.
KIT description for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening width of up to 4.5 m and a maximum total weight of 400 kg cantilever gate. A complete set with a 6-metre C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut to whole-metre lengths. It can also be extended by welding to achieve a clear opening wider than 4.5 m. It can also be extended by welding to achieve a clear opening wider than 4.5 m.
THE SET includes load-bearing trolleys for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The trolleys have adjustable positioning and pivoting, with the adjustment used to fine-tune the gate's clearance from the ground and the pivoting ensuring that all bearings are evenly loaded under both tension and compression. The trolleys are supplied with mounting plates.
The set also includes bottom stop and guide roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stop and safety components. The components in this SET are selected so you won't need to buy any additional parts (though you can add to the set, for example, top stop).
The set also includes a complete kit for automating a sliding gate: gate opener and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom gate-frame section; use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 for the other sections, depending on the clear opening width, the overall gate-leaf length and the intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once the gate frame is ready, mount the trolleys on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the trolleys directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will send you the concrete foundation dimensions, along with other recommended instructions, together with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we'll be happy to advise you.
