Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers, in addition to metal components, also nylon parts and especially the bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening width of up to 6.5m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg cantilever gate. The complete set, including a 6+3-metre C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut to whole-metre lengths; it can also be extended by welding to achieve a clear opening wider than 6.5 m. The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with eight rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages feature adjustability and a pivoting function, with the adjustment used to fine-tune the gate’s clearance from the ground, while the pivoting function distributes the load evenly across all bearings under both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The set also includes bottom stop and guide roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stops and safety components. The parts in this KIT have been selected so that no additional components need to be purchased (you can, however, add items to the set, such as top stop).

To automate the gate, you can also purchase gate drive and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom gate frame. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom gate-frame section, and 60x40, 80x40 or larger sections for the other frame members. The choice depends on the clear opening width, the overall gate-leaf length and the intended weight—we’ll be happy to advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once the gate frame is ready, install the carriages on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We’ll send you the concrete foundation dimensions, together with other recommended instructions, along with your products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
