A set of components for building a self-supporting gate to the highest quality with highly reliable load-bearing rollers and a hot-dip galvanized perforated C-profile. The holes in the C-profile are laser-cut.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this SET are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty also covers, in addition to metal components nylon parts and especially bearing rollers bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
For all automation electronics purchased from our store, the standard warranty is 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening of up to 6.5 m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg cantilever gate. A complete kit with a 6+3-metre perforated C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut into full-metre lengths, which can also be joined by welding to achieve a clear opening greater than 6.5 m.
THE KIT includes cantilever gate support carriages with eight rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages feature adjustability and pivoting, with the adjustment used to fine-tune the gate’s clearance from the ground, while the pivoting ensures that all bearings are loaded evenly in both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes bottom catch and guide roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stop and safety components. The parts in this KIT are selected so that no additional components need to be purchased (you can, however, add to the kit, for example, a top catch).

To automate the gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the lower frame tube; use 60x40, 80x40, or larger for the other frame tubes, depending on the clear opening, the total length of the gate leaf, and the intended weight. We’ll be happy to advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the carriages on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We’ll send you the concrete foundation dimensions, along with other recommended procedures, together with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
