Your sliding gate kit will be delivered with an installation drawing showing the recommended concrete foundation dimensions and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by our 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers carriages, which form the foundation of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
KIT description for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening up to 4.5 m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg cantilever gate. A complete kit with a 6-metre C-profile is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut into full-metre lengths. The lengths can also be joined to achieve a clear opening wider than 4.5 m.
The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages feature adjustment and pivoting. Adjustment lets you fine-tune the gate’s ground clearance, while the pivoting action distributes tensile and compressive loads evenly across all the bearings. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes bottom stop and guide roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as end stops and safety features.
The components in this KIT are selected so you won’t need to buy anything else for a manually operated gate (you can, however, add items to the kit, such as a hook lock or top stop). To automate your gate, you can also buy gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame section; use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 sections for the rest, depending on the clear opening, the overall gate leaf length and the intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once the gate frame is ready, install the carriages on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We’ll send you the concrete foundation dimensions and other recommended instructions together with your products. Alternatively, contact usand we’ll be happy to advise you.

Side guide Use this if you want the gate infill to extend above the gate frame. Mount the rollers on the post on the inside of the gate.
