Component kit for building a self-supporting sliding gate in the highest quality with highly reliable load-bearing rollers and a hot-dip galvanized perforated C-profile. The holes are laser-cut into the C-profile.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this SET are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty also covers, in addition to metal components and nylon parts and load-bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics purchased from our store are covered by the standard warranty 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivered goods serves as the warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening width of up to 4.5 m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg cantilever gate. A complete kit with a 6-metre perforated C-profile is offered at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut to whole-metre lengths; it can also be joined to achieve a clear opening wider than 4.5 m.
THE KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages feature adjustment and swivel functions, with adjustment used to fine-tune the gate's clearance above the ground, while the swivel function distributes tensile and compressive loads evenly across all the bearings. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes bottom stop and receiving roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stops and safety features.
The parts in this KIT are selected so that no additional components are needed for a manually operated gate (although you can add to the kit, for example, a hook lock or top stop). To automate your gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, flashing light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame section; use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 for the other frame sections, depending on the clear opening, the total length of the gate leaf and its intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the carriages on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will provide the dimensions of the concrete foundation, along with other recommended procedures, together with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we'll be happy to advise you.

Side guide Use this if you want the gate infill to extend above the gate frame. Mount the rollers on the post on the inside of the gate.
The top and side guides cost the same.
You can choose nylon or metal. Nylon rollers can support heavy gate loads, prevent wear on the C-profile and ensure quiet gate operation. Nylon and metal rollers cost the same.
