Your sliding gate kit comes with an installation drawing showing the recommended concrete foundation dimensions and sample dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by an extended 36-month warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also the bearing rollers in the carriages, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics sold in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
KIT description for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a passage width of up to 4.5 m and a maximum total cantilever gate weight of 600 kg cantilever gate. The complete kit with a 6-metre C-channel is available at a reduced price. On request, we can supply the C-channel cut to whole-metre lengths; it can also be joined to achieve a passage width greater than 4.5 m.
The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages feature adjustment and pivoting, with adjustment used to fine-tune the gate's ground clearance and pivoting ensuring even loading of all bearings under both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes a bottom catcher and a gate-end roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stop and safety components.
The parts in this KIT are selected so that no additional components are needed for a manually operated gate (you can, however, add items to the kit, such as a hook lock or a top catcher). To automate the gate, you can also buy a gate opener and electronic accessories (remote controls, warning light, photocells).
The C-channel is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame tube, and 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 for the other tubes, depending on the passage width, the total length of the gate leaf and the intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the carriages on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will provide the dimensions of the concrete foundation, along with other recommended procedures, with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we'll be happy to advise you.
