The sliding gate kit comes with an installation drawing showing the recommended concrete foundation dimensions and sample dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. In addition to the metal components the warranty also covers nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
Your invoice, included with the delivered goods, serves as your warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening width of up to 4.5m and a maximum total weight of 600 kg cantilever gate. A complete kit with a 6-metre C-channel is available at a discounted price. On request, we can supply the C-channel cut to whole-metre lengths, which can also be joined to achieve a clear opening wider than 4.5 m. The sections can also be joined to achieve a clear opening wider than 4.5 m.
The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages feature adjustment and pivoting, with the adjustment used to fine-tune the gate’s clearance above the ground, while the pivoting action ensures that all bearings are evenly loaded under both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes lower stop and receiver roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stops and safety features.
The parts in this KIT are selected so you won’t need to buy any additional components for a manually operated gate (although you can add items to the kit, such as a hook lock or upper stop). To automate your gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, flashing light, photocells).
C-channel is welded to the lower gate frame. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the lower frame section. Use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 sections for the rest, depending on the clear opening, the total length of the gate leaf and its intended weight—we can advise you. The gate frame must be sturdy and stable. Once the gate frame is ready, install the carriages on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We’ll send you the concrete foundation dimensions and other recommended instructions along with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.

Side guide Use this if you want the gate infill to extend above the gate frame. Mount the rollers on the post on the inside of the gate.
