Your sliding gate kit will be delivered with an installation drawing showing the recommended concrete foundation dimensions and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers, in addition to metal components also nylon parts and especially bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of the cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivered goods serves as the warranty certificate.
Component description KITS for building a cantilever sliding gate
The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages offer adjustment and pivoting, with the adjustment used to fine-tune the gate's clearance above the ground, while the pivoting action distributes the load evenly across all bearings under both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with a mounting plate.
The kit also includes bottom stop and entry wheel, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stopping and safety components.
The parts in this KIT are selected so you do not need to buy any additional components for a manually operated gate (you can, however, add items to the kit, such as a hook lock or top stop). To automate the gate, you can also buy gate drive and electronic accessories (remote controls, flashing light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom frame section; use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 for the other sections, depending on the opening width, the total gate-leaf length and the intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be sturdy and stable. Once you have the gate frame, install the carriages on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will provide the concrete foundation dimensions, along with other recommended installation instructions, with your products. Alternatively, contact us, and we'll be happy to advise you.
