Description of 5-roller trolley for C-58x58x3mm, height-adjustable
All-metal carriage for cantilever sliding gates with a passage width of up to 4m and a weight of up to 150 kg, with a galvanized surface finish. The carriage is supplied with a mounting plate included in the price.
- Variant V-02-12 fits C profile 58x58x3mm and C profile 60x60x4mm.
The option to adjust the carriage allows you to "fine-tune" the gate's angle and thus ensure smooth operation (including in relation to the terrain or the slope of the passage).
The carriage's pivoting action ensures the gate's weight/pressure is evenly distributed across all the carriage's bearing rollers at every point during gate movement.

ANCHORING THE SUPPORT CARRIAGES OF A CANTILEVER GATE:
The support carriages can be anchored:
- onto threaded rods which you cast directly into the foundation
- onto threaded rods chemically bonded into an existing, cured concrete foundation
- onto hammer-in anchors into an existing, cured concrete foundation
The mounting plate holes have a minimum width of 13mm, and are anchored with an M12. All methods are suitable; it depends on which one you have had the best experience with.
