Your sliding gate kit will come with an installation drawing showing the recommended dimensions for the concrete foundation and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by a 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as the warranty certificate.
Component description KITS for building a cantilever sliding gate
The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages offer adjustability and pivoting, with adjustment used to fine-tune the gate's clearance from the ground, while the pivoting ensures that all bearings are evenly loaded under both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes bottom stop and catch roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stops and safety features.
The parts in this KIT are selected so that no additional components are needed for a manually operated gate (you can, however, add to the kit, for example, a hook lock or top stop). To automate your gate, you can also buy gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, flashing light, photocells).
C-channel is welded to the bottom gate frame. We recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm for the bottom gate frame section; use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40 for the remaining sections, depending on the opening width, total gate leaf length and intended weight—we can advise you. The gate frame must be robust and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the carriages on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will provide the dimensions of the concrete foundation, together with other recommended installation instructions, along with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
