Installing a sliding gate using KIT components
Your sliding gate kit comes with an installation drawing showing the recommended concrete foundation dimensions and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers roller carriages, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard 24-month warranty.
The invoice supplied with your delivered goods serves as your warranty certificate.
Component descriptions KITS for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for a clear opening width of up to 3.5 m and a maximum total gate weight of 400 kg cantilever gate. The complete kit, including a 5-metre C-profile C-profile, is offered at a discounted price.
THE KIT INCLUDES load-bearing roller carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages feature adjustment and pivoting, with adjustment used to fine-tune the gate’s clearance from the ground and pivoting ensuring an even load on all bearings under both tension and compression. The carriages are supplied with mounting plates.
The kit also includes a lower stop and a guide roller, which reduce the load on the gate and also serve as stop and safety components.
The parts in this KIT are selected so you don’t need to buy any additional components for a manually operated gate (you can, however, add to the kit—for example, with a hook lock or top stop). To automate your gate, you can also buy a gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, flashing light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom rail of the gate frame. We recommend using a minimum of 80x40x2mm for the bottom rail of the gate frame. For the other frame sections, use 40x40, 60x40 or 80x40, depending on the clear opening width, the overall gate leaf length and the intended weight—we’ll be happy to advise you. The gate frame must be strong and stable. Once you have the gate frame, install the roller carriages on the concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the carriages directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We’ll send you the concrete foundation dimensions and other recommended instructions along with the products. Alternatively, contactus and we’ll be happy to advise you.
