Key differences compared with older versions of the MCU1 control unit:
- Main difference - Implementation of Solemyo and Opera.
- Standby mode - The MCU1R30 hassignificantly lower power consumption in standby mode, which is important if the system is powered by a solar panel.
- Smooth operation - The software in this version handles motor deceleration and acceleration better, which extends the service life of the drive's mechanical components.
- Backward compatibility - The MCU1R30 fully replaces the older MCU1 and SPMCU1 versions.
New control unit NICE MCU1R30 for the following drives NICE Robus RBS400, NICE Robus RBS600, Robus RBS800, NICE SPIDER800.
The control unit includes a built-in two-way receiver for operating the drive with remote controls.
The new control unit allows you to operate the gate and check its current status remotely using a mobile app. The IBT4N connector is used for this purpose; a Wi-Fi device can be connected to it NICE IT4WIFI or the NICE OVIEW.
How to reset the MCU1 control unit
1. Press and hold the CLOSE and OPEN buttons simultaneously until the “L1 to L8” programming LEDs light up (after approximately 3 seconds).
2. Release the buttons.
3. The operation has been completed successfully if the “L1” to “L8” programming LEDs flash rapidly for 3 seconds.
This procedure can also be used to clear all errors stored in the memory. This procedure will not erase the radio codes stored in the radio receivers (built-in and/or external).
