Spare parts for operators are identified by numbers (older system) or by letters, which most often indicate a spare-part assembly.
To make it easier to choose the right spare part for your operator model, first select the operator type (sliding gate, swing gate, or garage door). You will then be able to choose from the model ranges and motor types. You can find this information on the invoice, delivery note, packaging, or in the manual supplied with the operator. If you are unsure what model designation your operator has, you can send us a photo of it—ideally of its control unit—and we will try to identify the device from the photo.
