Control unit NICE MCA2R10 is replaced by a fully compatible newer model NICE MCA2R30.
Replacement control unit NICE MCA2R10 with built-in receiver for the control unit NICE MC424LR10.
New MCA2R10 control unit
New control unit MCA2R10 replaces the control unit MCA2, and is compatible with the following motors: WG2024, WG3524, WG4024, WG5024, TOO3024, TOO4524 and XME2024.
Changes to the NICE MCA2R10 control unit
- The M1 motor output has been moved to the side where the M2 motor output is located. As a result, the terminal numbers have shifted down by three, but the logic remains the same (so terminal 8 works the same way as the original terminal 11).
- the control unit now has a built-in radio receiver (with a separate pairing button) with capacity for 100 transmitters
- the connection between the transformer and control unit has been modified. Previously, the transformer's 24V AC output was connected to the rectifier, and 24V DC was then fed to the control unit. The transformer output is now connected directly to the control unit, with the rectifier built into the unit.
- 4 DIP switches have been added for selecting the drive model
- a connector for the IBT4N adapter has been added (for O-View or Wi-Fi module IT4WIFI) — previously, the control unit did not have one at all, and on other units it was labeled BUS T4
- the P.P. step-by-step connector (Passo-Passo) has been renamed SbS (Step-By-Step)
- the S.C.A. connector (Segnale Cancello Aperto) has been renamed OGI (Open Gate Indicator)
- the LED indicating fault-free operation has changed from red to green
IMPORTANT
All programming procedures differ from those for the old control unit, so we recommend reading the instruction manual. There's nothing to worry about; compared with the old version, the programming is easier and offers more functions. Resetting the control unit is also a breeze.
