Kit is designed to make it easier for you to choose the individual components for openings up to 8.5 m wide. All components in the KIT are made of stainless steel.
Note: The KIT is more affordable than individual components purchased separately. We can customize the KIT contents on request and apply an appropriate discount. If you have a specific request or would like advice, contact us.

The sliding gate kit comes with an installation drawing showing the recommended concrete foundation dimensions and example dimensions for cantilever gates.

Extended warranty
All metal components in this KIT are covered by the 36-month extended warranty. The warranty covers not only metal components but also nylon parts and, in particular, bearing rollers carriages, which form the basis of a cantilever gate mechanism.
All automation electronics in our store are covered by the standard warranty of 24 months.
The invoice included with your delivery serves as your warranty certificate.
Description of the KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate
Complete KIT for building a cantilever sliding gate for openings up to 8.5 m wide and a maximum total weight of 450 kg for the cantilever gate. On request, we can supply the C-profile cut to whole-metre lengths; the sections can also be joined by welding to accommodate a wider passage.
The KIT includes load-bearing carriages for cantilever gates with five rollers fitted with heavy-duty bearings. The carriages are supplied with a mounting plate.
The set also includes bottom stop and run-in wheel, which relieve stress on the gate and also serve as stops and safety features. The components in this SET are selected so that no additional parts need to be purchased for a manually operated gate. However, you can add to the set, for example, top stop or hook lock. To automate the gate, you can also purchase gate operator and electronic accessories (remote controls, flashing light, photocells).
C-profile is welded to the bottom frame of the gate. For the bottom frame member of the gate, we recommend using a minimum size of 80x40x2mm; for the other frame members, use 60x40, 80x40 or larger, depending on the opening width, the overall gate leaf length and the intended weight. We can advise you. The gate frame must be sturdy and stable. Once you have the gate frame, mount the rollers on a concrete foundation (use steel anchors, chemical anchors, or cast the rollers directly into the foundation using threaded rods). We will provide the concrete foundation dimensions, along with other recommended instructions, with the products. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
